LG unveils new range of OLED TVs, including rollable TVs, for the Indian market


In a bid to expand its TV range in the country, LG Electronics on Tuesday announced the availability of its highly anticipated 2022 OLED TVs in India at a starting price of Rs 89,990.

The company has also unveiled its highly anticipated rollable OLED TV at Rs 7,500,000.

“The unique offerings in our latest lineup demonstrate our perseverance in delivering a differentiated user experience and a new way of thinking about our consumers’ home entertainment space while once again confirming LG’s leadership in the home entertainment market. high-end television,” Hak Hyun Kim, director of home entertainment, LG Electronics India, said in a statement.

“The OLED TV portfolio is being expanded to cater to various consumer segments and with our new lineup, we are confident to strengthen our leadership in the OLED TV market,” added Kim.

The company said the 2022 OLED lineup introduced the widest range of OLED TVs, from the 246cm (97-inch) OLED TV extending to the 106cm (42-inch) OLED TV. In addition to this, LG has also introduced the LG OLED evo in its C2 series.

LG OLED evo TVs deliver exceptional clarity and detail, for lifelike images that deliver a true lifelike experience, the company added.

Housed with the latest processor to enhance audio quality via AI Sound Pro feature, the company mentioned that the Alpha 9 Gen 5 AI processor will enable the OLED TV to mix 2-channel audio into virtual 7.1.2 sound enabling users to hear the sound. from above and from behind.
